Coronavirus Update: Our Service During COVID-19

Dear PRiSM Family,  

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees and ensure business continuity in service of our customers and partners.  As COVID-19 diagnoses continue to increase, we are confident our teams are fully prepared and COVID-19 is not likely to impact the availability of the PRiSM platform and our ability to provide service and support to you.    

As the situation continues to evolve, we are taking measures to maintain business continuity and protect the health of our employees. 

  • PRiSM Team Members are prepared to work from home and have the remote technology and tools to do so in the event of a quarantine or mandated work from home restriction.
  • Amazon Web Services provides a robust diverse network of servers across the country, which allows AWS to shift workloads and connections if needed. System availability is 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • PRiSM will provide support from 8:00 am ET through 6:00 pm ET. 

We are following the CDC guidelines and staying current on the latest developments. We will be continuously monitoring the situation as it evolves and will adjust our plan accordingly to help keep everyone safe and healthy while continuing to provide support for your business.
