Why do I get an 'Oops' message when I attempt to log into PRISM?

If you are receiving an 'Oops' message when attempting to log into the PRISM system, there may be a few things you need to correct before you are able to proceed:

1) Ensure that cookies are enabled on your browser. PRISM will not operate if your web browser has cookies disabled. If you are unsure of how to perform this function, simply google 'How to enable cookies' and follow the specific instructions for your browser.

2) Make sure that you are logging into https://pro.prismcompliance.com. Because PRISM is a secure site, you will not be able to log on using http or www
