How did I get locked out?

Account lockout

A lockout occurs with three (3) consecutive unsuccessful logins.  This is done to protect your data and alert PRISM Professionals and officials to potential portal intrusion.

If your account has been locked, contact your jurisdiction.  They are the only resource that can unlock your account.
