Dropped Kayako Return Emails

Dear PRISM User Community,

Please be aware that we recently discovered an issue in our Help Desk Solution ( that was preventing Ticket Responses from correctly getting to their destination.  This occurred when you replied to emails, not when you replied directly from the web site.  As a result of this issue, we may have inadvertently missed a response and/or closed a ticket.

Rest assured, we have fixed the issue, and your ticket responses are now reaching our Support/Help desk as they should. 

If you believe we have closed a ticket that you had open, please let us know.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  • User IDs and Passwords - Having difficulty remembering your User ID and/or need a password reset - You will need to contact your local Jurisdiction / compliance office for assistance. 
  • Vendor Knowledge Base - Perhaps our Vendor Knowledge Base will answer your question.   Click on the link an check it out.
Are you a Jurisdiction?
  • Unable to Login - You should be able to recover you credentials using your  email address.   If not, send us a Help Desk Ticket and let us know who you are and the organization you represent.    We will get back to you and get you online.
